Cover Re-Reveal: Castles on the Sand by E.M. Tippetts

Hi Y’all! Remember that post about my fantastically fabulous CPs? One of them is the lovely and extremely talented E.M. Tippetts! She’s also the designer of my site banner and the soon to be revealed cover of my debut novel, Girl with Guitar! One talented chick this lady!

In celebration of her upcoming New Adult novel Love in Darkness, Book 1 in her Shattered Castles series just got a gorgeous makeover! And psst…guess who wrote that synopsis? Some crazy writer lady in Alabama, or so I hear. 😉

Many moons ago, I got the chance to review Castles on the Sand. It’s an emotional and compelling read with characters you’ll both recognize and want to get to know better. (And one you might want to kick in the face, but she’s the kind of chick you love to hate!) CotS has it all! The backstabbing best friend, the hot and oh so misunderstood bad boy, and the most important of all: deep fried burritos. I think I gained 2o pounds after reading this one y’all. But it was worth it!

Go forth and purchase this book with its pretty new cover! Then come back and tell me what you thought after you’ve read it! I’ll be giving away a copy on May 21, release day for the next book in this series!

So without further ado: check out the pretty new cover!

Synopsis:

If there’s one thing Madison Lukas understands, it’s pain. The pain she feels when her mother ignores her completely. The pain her best friend endures as her parents starve her as punishment. The pain of a dangerous boy whose mother has to be carried away by law enforcement on a regular basis.

She gets it. She feels the pain of others as if it were her own.

But when a mysterious man claiming to be her long lost brother appears with promises of relieving her suffering, trusting him could reveal more truths than Madison is ready for. Because the truth can hurt, too.

–“A fast-paced blend of high-stakes drama and average teenage concerns (sex, appearance, friends), capped with a welcome message of hope.” – Kirkus Review of Castles on the Sand
